Alun Elliot-Williams: Guitarist, Vocalist & Composer
Alun Elliot-Williams a guitarist, vocalist, composer and educator based in Bristol. His musical background encompasses a variety of styles, from neo-soul and contemporary jazz through to shred and modern metal. He currently tours around the UK with his band Waldo’s Gift and his solo project Tiny Chapter as well as being an in-demand session musician.
As a guitar teacher Alun can teach all ages and is our resident guitar teacher for Saturday Music Club. He is rightly seen as one of the leading guitarists in the Bristol music scene and is perfectly placed to help you push your playing to the highest levels.
Robin Corcoran: Guitarist, Vocalist & Community Music Leader
Robin’s musical journey began in a household filled with folk music, raised by his father, professional folk singer Terry Corcoran. He picked up the guitar at 17 and quickly found it to be the perfect companion to his singing. For ten years, Robin was the Musical Director and Education Developer for Little Music Makers, where he specialised in creative, alternative music and movement classes for children.
Since 2019, Robin has been teaching guitar to students of all ages, including regular classes at Oasis New Oak in Hengrove. He believes music is more than just a technical exercise—it’s an exploration of emotion and intention. His teaching encourages experimentation and “free” playing, building a strong, flexible foundation for every student. Robin is well-known in the St. Anne’s community and holds an Enhanced DBS certificate.
