Violin Teacher

Bethany is a classically trained violinist and violist (grade 8 ABRSM) who has since explored many styles of violin from folk, to jazz. She has a first degree BA Hons in Music from Southampton University. Bethany has taught for several years ages ranging from as young as 6, at schools, privately and at Trinity Centre the local community centre. She has experience playing in orchestras, and smaller ensembles such as string quartets and alongside singer-songwriters. 

As a wider musician, Bethany also composes and plays piano, guitar, harp and sings. She enjoys to explore the instruments in new and interesting ways, as well as exploring classical technique. Her band and musical identity is called STANLÆY with which she has played all over the UK and at many festivals, and been featured on Radio 6 Music for her latest EP.
