Terms & Conditions

  • By submitting a booking request form, you agree to these terms and conditions.
  • Rooms must be vacated (ie: packed up and out) by the end of your booked time. If you stay longer than 15 minutes outside of your allotted time, we will charge you for an additional hour.
  • If a session is missed or cancelled without 48 hours notice then we will charge you for the room hire.
  • The online booking form is only a request for a session. Your session will not be booked until you receive confirmation from us.
  • Confirmation of a booking request will usually be during studio opening hours.
  • We do not store any of your personal information entered into this site. We never pass on any personal information.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any booking due to circumstances beyond our control. If this happens, we will give you as much notice as possible.
  • Payments for sessions must be made in cash, BACS or credit/debit card.
  • If you do something stupid that causes you to get hurt then we will not be liable for an injuries sustained.
  • That said, if it’s something of ours that malfunctions then we’ll take full responsiblity.
